To allow the Upper TN Middle School wrestler the opportunity to wrestle in their conference championships and wrestle in the AAU East Regional tournament, the weigh-in time and wrestling times for the JR and Middle school Divisions have swapped places from the original flyer. The new times are as follows:

Weigh-ins:
AM Session
Tots and Midgets: 7:00 – 7:30 AM
Wrestle at 8:30AM

Bantam and Junior: 11:00 – 11:30AM
Wrestle at 12:30PM

PM Session Middle School and High School Division:
weigh-in 3:30 – 4:00 PM
Wrestle at 5:00PM

Any Middle school Wrestler who competes in the Upper East TN conference championships who wants to compete in the AAU East Regionals will not have to weigh in again at the site of the AAU East Regional, Pigeon Forge HS, as long as they have their weight recorded on the official East Region Weigh-in Card/Bout Sheet and that sheet is signed by the official that is doing the weigh-in. This card must be brought to Pigeon Forge before the brackets have been finalized for the Middle shool division. As soon as weigh-ins are over, brackets will be put together, so the safe bet would be to get there before weigh-in are over.

A copy of the weigh-in sheet can be found on this web site, on the left hand page of the wrestling home page. Should be at the very top: 2009 East Regional Weigh-in.. Middle school wrestlers will be the only wrestlers allowed to weigh-in a that site. All other divisiosn must weigh-in at the Regional tournament site.
